Section 348A.270 - Certificates: Official record; duties of DirectorThe official record of all certificates filed pursuant to NAC 348A.260 must be maintained in the Office of Business Finance and Planning. The Director will:
1. File a copy of each certificate executed pursuant to NAC 348A.260 with the Secretary of the State Board of Finance; and2. Post a copy of each certificate on the website of the Office of Business Finance and Planning.Nev. Admin. Code § 348A.270
