Section 338.005 - Definitions

As used in NAC 338.005 to 338.125, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 338.010 and NAC 338.0052 to 338.007, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
