Section 322.110 - "Water intake line" defined

"Water intake line" means a pipe with appurtenances which conveys water from a river, lake, stream or other navigable body of water of this State to an area upland from that river, lake, stream or body of water for agricultural use, commercial use, industrial use, municipal use or residential use.
