"Recreational trail" means a trail, pathway or similar area for walking, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, exercising, paddling, swimming or any other recreational activity if the activity does not have an adverse impact on a threatened or endangered species, wetland, riparian corridor, wildlife habitat, sensitive or unique vegetation or other important natural resource.
