Section 286.050 - Participation of part-time employees1. A person shall participate in the Public Employees' Retirement System if he or she is employed in two or more regular positions that total half time or more according to the full-time schedule of each employer.2. If two or more persons are assigned to fill a single position considered to be half time or more, then each person shall participate in the System regardless of whether or not they individually qualify for enrollment.Nev.
