Section 281A.500 - Executive Director to provide information to Commission

Unless otherwise directed or authorized by the Chair, at least 1 week before the date on which the Commission is scheduled to hold a meeting, the Executive Director and Commission Counsel shall provide to the Commission any information or materials which the Executive Director or Commission Counsel deems necessary to assist the Commission in conducting the meeting.
