Section 278.270 - Completeness of application1. An application for review of a tentative map is not complete until all the required items of information have been submitted by the local government. The period allowed the Division or local agency for its review begins on the date when the application is complete.2. If an incomplete application for review is received by the Division or local agency, it shall give the local government written notice of that fact.
