Section 240A.Sec. 20 - NEW1. The hearing officer shall issue a decision within 30 days after the completion of the hearing and include in the final decision findings of fact and conclusions of law, separately stated. Findings of fact and decisions must be based upon a preponderance of the evidence.2. The decision of the hearing officer must be served by sending a copy by certified mail to the parties of record or their representatives. Additional copies of orders may be obtained upon written request.3. The decision of the hearing officer is a final decision for the purpose of judicial review.Nev. Admin. Code § 240A.Sec. 20
