Section 233.180 - Depositions1. The testimony of any material witness residing within or without the State may be taken by deposition in the manner prescribed by the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure.2. In any proceeding before the Commission, the provisions of subsections (d) and (e) of Rule 26 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, insofar as the provisions are appropriate, apply to the use of depositions, any objections to their admissibility and the effect of taking or using depositions.Nev.
