Nev. Admin. Code § 226.Sec. 5
For the purposes of determining whether an area is an underserved community because it is a geographic area described in paragraph (e) of subsection 3 of section 7 of Assembly Bill No. 45, chapter 265, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 1768 (NRS 226.460), the State Treasurer will rely on data from academic and governmental sources that indicate that the area has a high level of residential segregation, household income disparities or disparities in educational attainment on the basis of the characteristics described in that paragraph.
