Section 180.Sec. 11 - NEW1. The Board may refuse to review a petition which requests the adoption, filing, amendment or repeal of a regulation if the requirements set forth in section 10 of this regulation are not met.2. The Board may require the Department to review a petition filed pursuant to section 10 of this regulation.3.
