Section 127.205 - Maintenance of statistical information; submission of written reports to DivisionA child-placing agency shall:
1. Maintain statistical information regarding services requested by, rendered to and refused to children, biological parents, adoptive parents, prospective adoptive parents and foster parents.2. Submit to the Division such written reports as the Division requests to comply with any federal or state requirements regarding the collection of statistical information relating to adoption.Nev.
