Section 127.445 - Provision of certain information regarding background and care of child to adoptive family before placement in adoptive home1. Before a child is placed in an adoptive home, the agency which provides child welfare services shall ensure that the adoptive family is provided with the information regarding the background of the child set forth in NAC 127.255 and any other written records relevant to the care of the child, including, without limitation, education records.2.
