Section 127.400 - Study of prospective adoptive home: Provision of information to prepare prospective adoptive parent

An agency which provides child welfare services shall assist each prospective adoptive parent in preparing to become an adoptive parent by providing him or her with information, during the study of his or her prospective adoptive home, about the adoption process and issues which may arise once a child is placed in that home.
