Section 127.485 - Training program for adoptive parents of child with special needs

A person who adopts a child with special needs, regardless of whether the child is related to that person, shall complete a training program regarding the care of children with special needs or a training program that is designed to address the individual needs of a specific child which is sponsored or approved by the Division or an agency which provides child welfare services.
