Section 120A.110 - Payment or delivery of abandoned property to Administrator1. Unless specifically authorized by the Administrator, a holder shall pay or deliver abandoned property to the Administrator in a form other than cash.2. In lieu of a check, a holder that makes a payment of money to the Administrator of $10,000 or more shall make the payment by means of an electronic transfer of money as required pursuant to NRS 353.1467.Nev.
