Section 119A.220 - TrustsIf a trust is used to satisfy the requirements of subsection 2 of NRS 119A.430:
1. The trust must be established pursuant to an agreement that complies with the laws of the jurisdiction under which it was formed; and2. A copy of the trust agreement must be submitted to the Division with the initial statement of record and, if the trust agreement is amended, the amendment must be submitted to the Division as an amendment to the statement of record within 10 days after the effective date of the amendment.Nev.
