Section 119A.100 - Branch offices1. Every branch office must be operated in accordance with the provisions of NRS 119A.268.2. A branch office is not required to establish a trust account separate from the main office, but if one is established, one of the signatures required on the account must be that of the supervisor of the branch office.3. A branch office is required for each site that is separate from the principal place of business at which the business of selling or reselling time shares, as applicable, is conducted.Nev. Admin.
