Section 118B.Sec. 3 - NEW

An applicant or recipient shall notify the Administrator of any change in his or her eligibility pursuant to NRS 118B.215, as amended by section 18 of Senate Bill No. 40, chapter 7, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 35, within 10 days after the change. An applicant or recipient who violates this section is ineligible for assistance from the Account.
