Section 116B.250 - Annual registration with Division: Required information An association must include on the annual registration form filed with the Division the following information:
1. The total amount of budgeted revenues and expenses of the association;2. Whether the financial statements of the association were audited or reviewed and, if so, the most recent fiscal year-end for which the audit or review was completed and accepted by the executive board; and3. Whether the audit opinion is qualified or unqualified or whether the review report is modified or unmodified.Nev. Admin. Code § 116B.250
