Section 116.0433 - "Financial records" defined

"Financial records" means the financial or transaction records necessary to support the financial statements of an association which include, without limitation, receipts, bank statements, income tax reports, reserve studies, budgets, contracts, minutes of executive board meetings, inventories, investments, expenses, disbursements, obligations, depreciation in property or equipment, contingent liabilities and any other records deemed necessary by the Division or by the accountants or auditors of an association.
