Section 429-1-006 - Change of Beneficiary006.1Change of Beneficiary A Participant may change a Beneficiary as allowed by the Code and the Act, provided that the Participant complies with section 006.2 of these Rules and Regulations.006.2Request A Participant may request that a Beneficiary be substituted by submitting to the Trustee a notice to change Beneficiary.
