Section 442-5-009 - Recording Proceedings009.01Commission Record of Proceedings. The Commission shall record all proceedings unless a court reporter is provided by the Commission or by a party requesting a formal hearing.009.01ARetention of Recordings. When the Commission records a proceeding it shall preserve the recording according to the Tax Equalization and Review Commission Record Retention Schedule as filed with the Secretary of State.
