Section 272-22-005 - CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE PROCESS005.01 A permit will be issued to the applicant by the chief of police or by the sheriff within three days so long as the record check reveals no disqualifying information and applicant meets all of the requirements of the Act and these regulations.005.02 Neb.
