Stat. § 69-2439.011.02 A permit will not be revoked based on the permit holder's first conviction for carrying concealed in a prohibited location (in violation of Neb, Rev. Stat. § 69-2441) that did not occur on property owned by the State of Nebraska or any political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, but a permit may be revoked for any second or subsequent such offense.272 Neb.
