The application shall be signed by any individual or representative of any office designated in writing under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 42-1209 who assisted in the preparation of the application.
004.01 The Secretary of State's Office shall create and maintain a list of designated state and local agencies and nonprofit entities that provide counseling and shelter services to victims of abuse, sexual assault, or stalking which may provide application materials and assist in the completion of such application.
