Section 438-5-001 - Registration

Registration shall be on an annual basis. The fee for annual registration shall be thirty dollars. In addition to the annual registration fee, the fee for receiving the Master Lien List shall be one hundred dollars per user. The annual registration fee and Master Lien List fee shall not be prorated regardless of the date of registration.

001.01 Lists for any quarter will remain effective until the next quarterly lists are received.
