Section 436-6-602 - Statutory Agricultural Liens602.1 Treatment as UCC agricultural lien. A Statutory Agricultural Lien will be treated in all respects as an agricultural lien as provided in Article 9, Uniform Commercial Code and may be enforced in the matter and form provided for the enforcement of secured transactions as provided in Article 9, Uniform Commercial Code except as otherwise provided by law.602.2 Mechanics of filing.
