Section 433-8-013 - ACCESS AND USE OF ONLINE NOTARY SEAL AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE013.01 Neither the employer of an online notary public nor any of the employer's employees or agents shall use or permit the use of an online notary seal or electronic signature by anyone other than the authorized online notary public to whom it is registered.013.02 Access to an online notary public's signature and online notary seal shall be protected by the use of a password authentication, token authentication, biometric authentication, or other form of authentication approved by the Secretary according to the Online Notary Public Act.
