Section 305-1-014 - Negotiated rulemaking committee; termination

A negotiated rulemaking committee shall terminate upon the adoption of the final rule under consideration by the Commission pursuant to the APA, unless the Commission, after consulting the committee, or the committee itself specifies an earlier termination date.
