In the event that more than one written offer is made before the owner has accepted an offer and closed on that offer, any other written offer presented to the licensee, whether by a prospective purchaser, an agent of a prospective purchaser, or a cooperating broker, shall be transmitted forthwith to the owner for his or her consideration.
