Section 294-18.017

Any person having been convicted of a felony within the past ten (10) years may be denied a license and/or excluded from the grounds of an association during the conduct of a race meeting. Any person having been convicted of any gambling or bet messenger service offense within the past five (5) years may be denied a license and/or excluded from the grounds of an Association during the conduct of a race meeting.
