Section 291-9-009 - SERVICE TO HIGH VOLUME, AGRICULTURAL AND INTERRUPTIBLE RATEPAYERS
009.01 Written Notice of Any Changes

For purposes of Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 66-1810, a written notice of any change shall be sent to the Commission and affected agricultural and interruptible ratepayers and published in a legal newspaper prior to the effective date of the change.
