Section 303-21-006 - Notices006.01 Any notice required by this regulation shall be sent by first class mail, postage prepaid, to the last-known mailing addresses of the member and the alternate payee.006.02 The member and the alternate payee may designate alternative representatives for receipt of copies of notices.
