Section 285-3-019 - MOTIONS FOR CONTINUANCE

Any party who desires a continuance shall file a motion in writing with the Board stating the reasons why such continuance is necessary. For good cause shown, the Board may grant a continuance and may at any time order a continuance on its own motion.
