Section 285-3-002 - APPEARANCES BEFORE THE BOARD002.01 Practice of law before the Nebraska Power Review Board shall be governed by the statutes of the State of Nebraska and the decisions of the Supreme Court. Nothing herein contained shall prevent anyone from transacting his own business before the Board. In the event of an appearance by some person on the behalf of some other party, that person appearing must fulfill one of the two following conditions: 002.01a Be admitted to practice law before the Nebraska Supreme Court, or002.02b Be admitted to practice law before the supreme court of any other state and be associated with a person admitted to practice law before the Nebraska Supreme Court.285 Neb.
