Section 262-5-004 - Documenting Costs

All authorized items of costs for which the landowner desires cost-sharing assistance shall be itemized on a statement submitted to the district by the landowner in such form as is required by the Department. Costs incurred by the landowner in furnishing his own labor, material, or equipment for use on a project or practice should be listed in a certified statement itemizing such items and showing unit cost for each item and the total amount for which payment is claimed.
