Landowners shall be eligible for cost-share funds only for the types of projects and practices designated as eligible for such purposes by the Commission. The Commission shall at least annually review the list of projects and practices for which such funds should be utilized and shall affirm or modify such list as it deems appropriate. Funds apportioned to districts for that fiscal year may be obligated only for projects and practices thus designated. Each participating district may further limit the types of projects and practices eligible for funding assistance in that district; the Department shall be promptly notified of any such action.
