Before any funds are paid out to the local organization, such organization must furnish to the Department a copy of a title Insurance policy on the property or interest to be acquired, whether through purchase or condemnation. The title insurance policy must be from an insurance company authorized to provide such insurance in Nebraska. The local organization shall also furnish the Department with a copy of any completed purchase agreement (signed by both parties), a deed or easement with seal or filing stamp, the closing statement signed by both parties, all cancelled checks and any other written document demonstrating the terms and conditions of the proposed purchase. All reimbursement requests shall be itemized and packaged in the order of the itemized listing.
