Section 256-2-009 - Time to Complete Formal Applications

Upon notice by the Director of the Commission's findings on the Project Proposal, the Applicant shall be given a period of one year to complete a formal application and feasibility report. If an application is not completed within one year, or within such additional time as the Commission may grant for good cause shown, the Commission may request the filing of a new Project Proposal.
