If the Commission or the Director desires additional information on a Project Proposal, it will so notify the applicant. If the Director determines that a Project Proposal is not complete, or if additional information is required, the Director will notify the applicant of such omissions. The applicant shall be expected to correct any such omission or provide any additional information requested within 60 days following notification.
