In computing time, days will be computed by excluding the day of the act or event and include the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or State Holiday, the period shall include the next working day. If documents are faxed to the Department outside of normal business hours, the date of the receipt shall be the next business day.
