To preserve a lien on a vehicle, the lienholder must respond to the notice sent pursuant to subsections 003.04, 004.04 or 005.04 of these rules and regulations and must claim and remove the vehicle within 30 days of the notice as provided in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 60-1903 or title will vest in the local authority or state agency.
