Section 247-11-008 - APPROVAL OF DRIVER SAFETY COURSE

The Department will approve or deny a driver safety course certification within sixty (60) days after receipt of a completed application and fee. The Department will certify the course or deny the application in the form of a written notice to the school contact person.
