Section 253-8-006 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

006.01 Pleading shall mean any written applications, petition, protest, complaint, answer, or motion used in any proceeding before the Board.

006.02 Proceeding shall mean an application for any right which the Board is empowered to grant, or a formal complaint, or an investigation instituted on motion of the Board.
