Section 237-6-012 - DOCK SALES012.01 Any sale of alcoholic liquors from the dock or licensed premise of a manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler shall include on the proper invoice the signature of the retailer or retailer's agent who receives delivery of the same at the time of the purchase. It shall be the responsibility of the manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler to ensure that the retailer is properly licensed and that the retailer's agent is bona fide and acting solely on behalf of the authorizing retailer.237 Neb.
