The facility administrator or his/her designee shall conduct at least weekly inspections of all locks, windows, floors, walls, ventilator covers, access plates, glass panels, protection screens, doors and other security equipment. The date, time, and results of these inspections shall be recorded on a checklist or log. The facility administrator shall promptly correct any identified problems.
