Section 83-18-016 - Housing Units

Each housing unit shall be equipped with at least one shower for every twelve (12) juveniles or fraction thereof, one toilet for every eight (8) juveniles or fraction thereof, one wash basin with hot and cold running water for every eight (8) juveniles or fraction thereof, and tables and seating sufficient for all juveniles.
