Single occupancy sleeping rooms shall provide at least seventy (70) square feet of floor space and shall be equipped with at least a mirror, table, seating, storage shelf or compartment, clothes hook, and a bed above the floor. It is recommended that housing units be primarily designed for single occupancy sleeping rooms.
