Section 83-17-008 - Multiple Occupancy Rooms

Multiple occupancy sleeping rooms or cells shall have at least forty-five (45) square feet of floor space per occupant at the rooms' rated capacity and shall be equipped with at least a bed above the floor and storage shelf or compartment for each occupant at capacity.
